PROGRAMS

Employment Success Services (ESS) Program
  • 1:1 counseling to support with resumes, interview skills, and applying for jobs
  • Barrier removal: cost coverage for certification/training programs and/or transportation
  • Job resource fairs, engagement, employer connections
  • Enrollment open all year

Employment Training Program (ETP)
  • 2-week employment readiness program offered quarterly
  • Support with resumes, interview skills, and applying for jobs
  • Prerequisite for YouthForce Program

YouthForce Program
  • 3-month paid employment internship
  • Placements vary by Industry availability (Culinary, Public Administration etc.)
