We are thrilled to announce that Larkin Street is sponsoring the 5th Annual Black Joy Parade. Come see young people perform on the community stage and parade!We are so honored to be a part of this community event celebrating Black excellence.
The parade begins on 14th and Broadway in Downtown Oakland, California. The main entrance into the festival is 20th and Broadway Streets.
