Provider Connect: Serving Our Homeless Youth, Investing in Our Future

Project Homeless Connect will host their third Provider Connect panel discussion of 2015 on Wednesday, October 21st. Larkin Street’s Heather Hargraves, Program Manager of Assisted Care/After Care, will be on the panel, take a moment to meet the panelists.
The evening will begin with a small panel of representatives from agencies serving at risk youth and youth experiencing homelessness in San Francisco.
The panel discussion will move to a Q&A and open dialogue between panelists and attendees. Many of the attendees will also be from leading agencies in San Francisco working with at risk youth and youth experiencing homelessness, providing a wealth of applicable and competent information and resources for connecting with and supporting our youth.
What is Provider Connect?
Provider Connect, an initiative of Project Homeless Connect, is a learning series where providers, community members, and advocates can share best practices about homeless services in San Francisco. Provider Connect events spark open dialogue in a collaborative environment.
The 2015 Provider Connect series will focus on health and wellness. All are welcome; we look forward to learning with you.
