Fred Finch Transfers Berkeley Youth Housing Program to Larkin Street,
Ensuring Commitment to Solving Bay Area Youth Homelessness
Larkin Street Youth Services and Fred Finch Youth & Family Services are thrilled to announce the historic handover of the Turning Point transitional housing program in Berkeley, California. As of August 1, Larkin Street has assumed operation of this critical community asset from Fred Finch. All young people and program staff have been successfully transitioned to Larkin Street’s care and supervision.

This program was formerly operated by Fred Finch Youth and Family Services, and we are grateful for their partnership in ensuring a smooth transition. We look forward to maintaining high-quality care and strengthening Turning Point’s services to meet current and future needs.
