Arielle joined Larkin Street in 2024 with 15 years of experience working in non-profits in San Francisco and New York City. Her career began in New York City working with developmentally disabled and medically fragile children and young adults, she ended her time there leading a department that supported 900+ individuals across all five boroughs. She moved to California in 2018 and worked with families and adults in Permanent Supportive Housing programs. During her tenure at her previous agency, she held a variety of roles including Program Director of Adult PSH sites, Leasing and Linkage Director where she supported with improving vacancy rates. She ended her time there as Director of Housing Operations where she led property management and facilities teams and opened 2 new PSH buildings that housed 237 San Franciscans in 2023. Her experience with housing services includes support services, property management, operations, and compliance. Arielle has enjoyed volunteering at Gigi’s Playhouse and is a member of the Advisory Board for USF’s Women in Leadership program. Arielle is a proud New York transplant who earned her BA in Psychology at Temple University. When she’s not working, she can be found with her rescue dog, Frannie Lou and rescue turtle, Watson.
