Arsalan Khan-Razavi is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 8 years of experience in program design, operations, and development. As Director at Larkin Street Youth Services, Arsalan oversees a continuum of Education, Employment, and Arts programming through Larkin Street Academy, ensuring that young people are supported holistically in their journey toward stability and self-determination.

With an academic background in linguistics and education, Arsalan brings a systems-thinking approach to their work that includes streamlining processes, managing cross-functional teams, and advancing equitable outcomes. Some of their accomplishments in the field include: The implementation and operation of a Pearson approved GED testing center during the 2020 pandemic when all other sites were closing down to ensure underserved communities without access to technology could continue to find employment, helping to raise $25,000 to support 826 Valencia serving on their board, as well as continuing to support Raphael House, a homeless family shelter with their development efforts.
