• Managing, coordinating and updating facilities service desk tickets
  • Handling all of facilities accounts payables (check requests, finance reports and payment disputes)
  • Assist with purchasing for all locations
  • Manage Concur Purchase ordering system
  • Dispatching and coordinating facilities techs to the sites when tickets come in and making appointments with the ticket submitter
  • Calling and coordinating vendors when techs aren’t available and following up on such jobs.
  • Coordinating site inspections appointments from various compliance agencies (AAA fire, bay alarm, backflow testing, premier security, city county SF)
  • Ordering parts and materials for techs if needed
  • Coordinating office furniture donations to be picked up
  • Maintaining and organizing employee log key system
  • Working with HR to get new hires their appropriate keys and access
  • Collecting employee keys upon exit of or organization
  • Maintaining facilities key boxes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Requires ability to lift, transfer, push/pull, maneuver, and reposition 25 lbs

  • Ability to comprehend complex materials
  • Ability to speak and write English clearly and accurately



  • High school Diploma or GED


  •  2 to 5 years of office administrate experience
